ברוכים הבאים ל-Get Plany. על ידי גישה לאתר או לאפליקציה שלנו ("השירות") או שימוש בהם, אתם מסכימים להיות מחויבים לתנאי שירות אלה. אם אינכם מסכימים, אל תשתמשו בשירות.
1. שימוש בשירות
ניתן להשתמש ב-Get Plany למטרות חוקיות בלבד ובהתאם לתנאים אלה.
אתם אחראים לדיוק המידע שאתם מספקים.
השימושים הבאים אסורים בהחלט:
- שימוש בשירות לצורך איסוף מידע במטרה לפתח, להשוות או לשפר מוצר או שירות מתחרה
- בדיקה שיטתית, ניתוח או בחינה של תכונות השירות, הלוגיקה שלו או אופן פעולתו עבור צד שלישי כלשהו
- שיתוף גישה לחשבון שלכם עם אנשים או גופים מחוץ לעסק שלכם
- ביצוע הנדסה לאחור, העתקה או שכפול של עיצוב השירות, תכונותיו או תהליכי העבודה שלו
- שימוש בשירות בכל דרך שהיא מטעה, מזיקה או שאינה עולה בקנה אחד עם מטרתו המיועדת ככלי ניהול עסקי
2. חשבונות וגישה
אתם אחראים לשמירה על אבטחת פרטי הגישה לחשבונכם ועל סודיותם.
החשבון שלכם הוא אישי לעסק שלכם ואינו ניתן להעברה, לרישוי משנה או לשימוש עבור אדם או גוף אחר.
אם אתם מחברים שירותים חיצוניים (כגון Google Calendar), אתם מאשרים לנו גישה לנתונים וניהולם אך ורק כנדרש לצורך מתן השירות.
3. נתונים וקניין רוחני
הנתונים שאתם מזינים ל-Get Plany (לידים, לקוחות, אירועים, הצעות מחיר) נשארים שלכם. איננו תובעים בעלות על נתוני העסק שלכם.
השירות עצמו, לרבות עיצובו, תכונותיו, תהליכי העבודה שלו והטכנולוגיה הבסיסית, הוא קניינה הרוחני הבלעדי של Get Plany. אין להעתיק, לשכפל או להשתמש בו כבסיס לבניית מוצר מתחרה.
אנו עשויים להשתמש בנתוני שימוש מאוחדים ואנונימיים לצורך שיפור השירות.
4. סיום והשעיה
אנו רשאים להשעות או לסיים את גישתכם בכל עת, עם הודעה מוקדמת או בלעדיה, במקרים הבאים:
- הפרה של הוראה כלשהי בתנאים אלה
- חשד סביר כי השימוש שלכם אינו עולה בקנה אחד עם מטרת השירות המיועדת
- שימוש שמסכן את השירות, משתמשים אחרים או את האינטרסים העסקיים של Get Plany
עם סיום הגישה, תיפסק גישתכם לשירות. כל התשלומים התלויים ועומדים יישארו חייבים בתשלום.
ניתן לבטל את המנוי בכל עת דרך הגדרות החשבון שלכם או על ידי פנייה אלינו.
5. תמחור ומיסים
כל המחירים המוצגים באתר ובאפליקציה אינם כוללים מע"מ, אלא אם צוין אחרת במפורש.
מע"מ יתווסף בשיעור החוקי הרלוונטי במועד החיוב.
6. הגבלת אחריות
Get Plany אינה אחראית לאובדן נתונים, שגיאות או אירועים שהוחמצו כתוצאה מאינטגרציות של צד שלישי (כגון Google Calendar).
במידה המרבית המותרת על פי חוק, האחריות הכוללת שלנו בגין כל תביעה הנובעת משימוש בשירות מוגבלת לסכום ששילמתם לנו בשלושת החודשים שקדמו לתביעה.
השימוש בשירות הוא על אחריותכם בלבד.
7. שינויים בתנאים אלה
אנו עשויים לעדכן תנאים אלה מעת לעת. נודיע לכם על שינויים מהותיים באמצעות דואר אלקטרוני או הודעה באפליקציה. המשך השימוש בשירות לאחר כניסת השינויים לתוקף מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.

Welcome to Get Plany. By accessing or using our website or application ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
You may use Get Plany only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
- Using the Service to gather information for the purpose of developing, benchmarking, or improving a competing product or service
- Systematically probing, testing, or analyzing the Service's features, logic, or behavior on behalf of any third party
- Sharing your account access with individuals or entities outside your business
- Reverse engineering, copying, or replicating any part of the Service's design, features, or workflows
- Using the Service in any way that is deceptive, harmful, or not consistent with its intended purpose as a business operations tool
2. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and confidential.
Your account is personal to your business and may not be transferred, sublicensed, or used on behalf of another person or entity.
If you connect external services (such as Google Calendar), you authorize us to access and manage data strictly as needed to provide the Service.
3. Data and Intellectual Property
The data you enter into Get Plany (leads, clients, events, quotations) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your business data.
The Service itself, including its design, features, workflows, and underlying technology, is the exclusive intellectual property of Get Plany. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it as a reference for building a competing product.
We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.
4. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if:
- You violate any provision of these terms
- We reasonably believe your usage is inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Service
- Your usage poses a risk to the Service, other users, or the business interests of Get Plany
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Any outstanding fees remain due.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
5. Pricing and Taxes
All prices displayed on the website and application are exclusive of VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
VAT will be added at the applicable statutory rate at the time of billing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Get Plany is not responsible for any data loss, errors, or missed events resulting from third-party integrations (such as Google Calendar).
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
