Get Plany ("אנחנו", "שלנו" או "הפלטפורמה") מספקת כלים לאנשי מקצוע בתחום החתונות והאירועים. אנו מכבדים את פרטיותכם ומחויבים להגנה על המידע האישי שלכם. מדיניות זו מסבירה איזה מידע אנו אוספים, כיצד אנו משתמשים בו ומהן הזכויות שלכם.

1. מידע שאנו אוספים

מידע שאתם מספקים ישירות:

פרטי חשבון: שם, כתובת דואר אלקטרוני, שם העסק
נתונים עסקיים שאתם מזינים לפלטפורמה: לידים, לקוחות, עסקאות, הצעות מחיר ופרטי אירועים

מידע שנאסף באופן אוטומטי:

נתוני שימוש: עמודים שביקרתם בהם, תכונות שהשתמשתם בהן, פעולות שביצעתם בפלטפורמה
הקלטות סשנים: אנו משתמשים ב-Mixpanel, כלי אנליטיקה של צד שלישי, להקלטת סשנים של משתמשים בתוך האפליקציה. הקלטות אלה כוללות לחיצות, דפוסי ניווט ואינטראקציות עם ממשק הפלטפורמה
מידע על מכשיר ודפדפן: סוג דפדפן, מערכת הפעלה, כתובת IP וחותמות זמן של סשנים
עוגיות וטכנולוגיות מעקב: אנו משתמשים בעוגיות וכלים דומים לתחזוקת הסשן שלכם ולאיסוף נתוני אנליטיקה

Google Calendar (אם מחובר):

כאשר אתם מחברים את Google Calendar, אנו עשויים לגשת ל:

אירועי לוח שנה (כותרת, תאריך, שעה, תיאור, משתתפים)
מטא-נתונים של לוח השנה (שם לוח השנה, אזור זמן)

כאשר אתם שולחים בקשת דמו דרך האתר שלנו, אנו אוספים את המידע הבא:

2. כיצד אנו משתמשים במידע זה

אנו משתמשים בנתונים שלכם למטרות הבאות:

לצורך מתן השירות: ניהול הלידים, האירועים, הצעות המחיר והתקשורת שלכם בתוך הפלטפורמה
לסנכרון לוח השנה שלכם: הצגה וסנכרון של ציר הזמן של האירועים, יצירה או עדכון של אירועים שאתם מנהלים בפלטפורמה
לשיפור הפלטפורמה: ניתוח דפוסי שימוש מאוחדים ופרטניים כדי להבין כיצד נעשה שימוש בתכונות וכדי לקבוע סדרי עדיפויות לשיפור המוצר
לשמירה על האבטחה, האמינות והשלמות של הפלטפורמה
לתקשורת איתכם: שליחת הודעות הקשורות לשירות, עדכונים ותגובות תמיכה, יצירת קשר לגבי המוצר שלנו ומענה לבקשת הדמו שלכם

איננו מוכרים את המידע האישי שלכם. איננו משתפים את הנתונים שלכם עם צדדים שלישיים, למעט כמתואר במדיניות זו (ספקי אנליטיקה, ספקי תשתית) או כנדרש על פי חוק.

3. אנליטיקה והקלטת סשנים

אנו משתמשים ב-Mixpanel לאיסוף אנליטיקה התנהגותית והקלטות סשנים בתוך האפליקציה. הדבר כולל:

אילו תכונות אתם משתמשים בהן ובאיזו תדירות
תהליכי ניווט ודפוסי לחיצה
שחזורי סשנים שלוכדים את האינטראקציות שלכם עם ממשק הפלטפורמה

נתונים אלה משמשים לשיפור המוצר ולשמירה על האבטחה והשלמות של הפלטפורמה. Mixpanel מאחסנת נתונים אלה בשרתים שעשויים להיות ממוקמים מחוץ לישראל. ניתן ללמוד עוד על נוהלי הנתונים של Mixpanel בכתובת mixpanel.com/privacy.

4. אחסון ואבטחת נתונים

הנתונים שלכם נשמרים באופן מאובטח במערכות הענן שלנו.

אנו נוקטים באמצעים טכניים וארגוניים סבירים להגנה על הנתונים מפני גישה לא מורשית או חשיפה.

נתונים שנאספים באמצעות Mixpanel עשויים להיות מעובדים ומאוחסנים בשרתים מחוץ לישראל, בהתאם לתקני הפרטיות והאבטחה של Mixpanel.

5. השליטה והזכויות שלכם

על פי החוק החל, יש לכם את הזכות:

לגשת למידע האישי שאנו מחזיקים עליכם
לבקש תיקון של מידע לא מדויק
לבקש מחיקה של הנתונים שלכם (בכפוף להתחייבויות חוקיות וחוזיות)
להתנגד לסוגים מסוימים של עיבוד

Google Calendar: ניתן לנתק את חשבון Google שלכם בכל עת מהגדרות Get Plany או ישירות מחשבון Google שלכם (דף "אפליקציות מחוברות"). לאחר הניתוק, ל-Get Plany לא תהיה עוד גישה לנתוני Google Calendar שלכם.

מחיקת חשבון: אם ברצונכם למחוק את החשבון שלכם או לבקש הסרה של הנתונים, פנו אלינו בכתובת hello@getplany.com.

6. עדכונים

אנו עשויים לעדכן מדיניות פרטיות זו מעת לעת. עדכונים יפורסמו בעמוד זה עם תאריך "עודכן לאחרונה" מעודכן. עבור שינויים מהותיים, נודיע לכם בדואר אלקטרוני או באמצעות הודעה באפליקציה.

Get Plany ("we", "our", or "the Platform") provides tools for event and wedding planning professionals. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Account details: name, email address, business name
Business data you enter into the platform: leads, clients, deals, quotations, and event details

Information collected automatically:

Usage data: pages visited, features used, actions taken within the platform
Session recordings: we use Mixpanel, a third-party analytics tool, to record user sessions within the application. These recordings capture clicks, navigation patterns, and interactions with the platform interface
Device and browser information: browser type, operating system, IP address, and session timestamps
Cookies and tracking technologies: we use cookies and similar tools to maintain your session and collect analytics data

Google Calendar (if connected):

When you connect your Google Calendar, we may access:

Calendar events (title, date, time, description, attendees)
Calendar metadata (calendar name, timezone)

Demo request form:

When you submit a demo request through our website, we collect the following information:

Full name
Email address
Phone number
Company details
Additional information you choose to submit
Technical information such as page URL, referral source, and campaign parameters (UTM data)

2. How We Use This Information

To provide the Service: managing your leads, events, quotations, and communications within the platform
To sync your calendar: displaying and synchronizing event timelines, creating or updating events you manage within the platform

We use Mixpanel to collect behavioral analytics and session recordings within the application. This includes:

Which features you use and how often
Navigation flows and click patterns
Session replays that capture your interactions with the platform interface

This data is used to improve the product and to maintain the security and integrity of the platform. Mixpanel stores this data on servers that may be located outside Israel. You can learn more about Mixpanel's data practices at mixpanel.com/privacy.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored in our cloud systems.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access or disclosure.

Data collected through Mixpanel may be processed and stored on servers outside of Israel, in accordance with Mixpanel's own privacy and security standards.

5. Your Control and Rights

Under applicable law, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion of your data (subject to legal and contractual obligations)
Object to certain types of processing

Google Calendar: You can disconnect your Google account at any time from Get Plany settings or directly from your Google Account ("Connected Apps" page). After disconnecting, Get Plany will no longer have access to your Google Calendar data.

Account deletion: If you wish to delete your account or request removal of your data, contact us at hello@getplany.com.

6. Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will notify you by email or via an in-app notification.
